A world-class synthetic track is not much to ask, is it, for an athletics school where some of the country’s most promising sprinters train? It is, in fact, a prerequisite. And though it has taken a long time to realise, this much cherished dream of P T Usha, the athletes at Usha School, and well wishers, has finally come true. The Usha School Stadium with a brand new synthetic track built under SAI supervision is all set for inauguration.

Honourable PM of India Shri Narendra Modi has graciously consented to inaugurate it on 15th June.

Shri Vijay Goel, Honorable Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, will be present in person to deliver the presidential address on the occasion.

A fresh start for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better launch. This show of faith will revitalize our efforts towards sporting success and bringing glory for the nation.
